After you’ve submitted a claim to your insurance company, an adjuster will be assigned to your claim. You should receive a phone call, letter, or email from your assigned adjuster introducing him/herself and informing you of the general process of your homeowner’s insurance company.
Next, the adjuster will review your policy and deductibles required. S/he will then evaluate the type and extent of damage sustained.
If a claim is deemed necessary, a Build It Green Remodeling representative will be happy to begin loss prevention for you immediately and take all the needed documentation & pictures for your insurance company.
If you decide to make a claim, we work with all major insurance companies and provide whatever documentation is required. Whatever the nature of your loss – fire, water, freeze or wind, every loss is reviewed and analyzed by our team of highly trained specialists to ensure the job is done correctly in accordance with industry standards.
